Love this app! The best part for me is being able to communicate with a specialist & get the support I need to be successful on the 17 day diet!
This app has a clear summary of how the diet works and explains the stages. I would suggest anyone who wants to do the 17 Day Diet buy this app.
Update: When moving to the next cycle, all data is lost from the previous cycle, now I have way way of looking at what worked in the past and what didnt. I consider this a must fix bug. Lowering my review as developer has not responded to my requests for workaround or fix. I found the app to have a great layout and many helpful tips where needed. Seemed a little expensive for a logging type app, but makes tracking my progress a breeze. Features desired: Would like to to see iCloud syncing so that I can sync between my IPad and IPhone.
I love the counting of water and food types and the recipes and how it keeps track of C1/C2 days and their requirements. Super helpful and helps keep me on track as I move through the phases. A couple things to make it better: 1.) a way to access recipes on one screen and to print them out for use in the kitchen. (Maybe online access with app purchase?) 2.) automatically enter last recorded weight if no weigh in done each day. The sits dont connect each week at weigh in. 3.) adding in own recipes!
As someone who struggles with weight loss, I love knowing that there is someone to talk to if Im unsure about something. Its like having my own personal diet coach! I like the keeping track of food and accountability as well! I do wish we could access the recipes from the dashboard instead of having to go into a meal. Thats it for now. Thanks for the app.

Not happy with this app. You cannot access any recipes unless you pay a subscription fee. This was a total waste of money.
This app has potential but it needs improvement. It would be nice to be able to track calorie intake and have access to recipes.
I bought the book and then the app. I wouldnt of needed the book had I known about the app first. Everything is there, including recipes! Not sure why others are saying they cant get recipes. I lost #10 on cycle 1 and am loving it. If you have questions, the support person is amazing and answers all my questions. Woulda been a 5 star but the food list needs to be a bit more specific! I did realize most of the things should be homemade..example French fries are ok on cycle 2 but Im pretty sure not McDonalds.
I am an app guy but not a diet guy. My wife suggested this to me I thought why not Ill give it a shot. With in 15 days I was down 12 pounds and it didnt seem like much of a stretch other than cutting out the unnecessary load of carbs. The app is easy, the only thing I would change would be to continue the weight loss recording from the time you begin the plan to your latest input. The plan and the food makes sense and the support is second to none, really.
This is a great app!! I love the Lookup section. There are tons of foods I have been avoiding, but can actually eat! Just type in the food and it will tell you which phase you can have it in.
Day 12 of cycle 1 and Im down 10 lbs, even though I have been ill. I havent worked out each day and I have been taking medicine including cough syrup for most of that time. I have stuck to the eating plan, though. Plan is so easy to do. I got the book too. In three months of trying to lose weight, this is the best time I have had. I have counted calories, gone super low carb, average low carb and had meals delivered. The 17 day first is a sustainable plan.
I think this app has been very helpful in achieving my weight loss. (Over 50 pounds in about 3 1/2 months). It allows me to track my success and it also helps with ideas for my daily menu. I still need to lose more weight, but have confidence that I will reach my goal. Well worth the monthly fee.
I have been on the 17 day diet for 8 days. On day 6 the app became unresponsive. I cant do anything with it.
This app wont even open. Its a waste of money. If I could give it zero stars, I would!!!
Worked great for 15 days...then quit. So disappointed.
My second time doing the diet & this app makes it so much easier! I love the support and meal planning.
Overall, this app is just OK. You dont have the option to do a transitional fast day and the Achieve cycle starts with the Accelerate cycle diet on Day 1 and the book says odd days should be Achieve days, so that whole cycle is messed up when youre logging food b/c you cant choose off cycle foods...I like the weight tracker, and having the recipes and food lists, so overall - probably worth it, just imperfect.
This app is very helpful with keeping track while on the diet. The lookup tab makes it easy to find a quick answer and even tells which cycle it is allowed in. There is also a support tab to clear up any confusion you may have. The app lays out the guidelines very well and helps you stay motivated! Highly recommend!
